Quotations and availability

Website enquiries do not create a booking. Prices vary by event and are personalised according to matters such as date, location, coverage, duration, team requirements and travel. A date should only be treated as secured when the booking requirements specified by Ibrahim Visuals have been completed.

Event information

Clients should provide accurate event, venue and timing information and notify Ibrahim Visuals promptly of material changes.

Destination and travel work

Flights, accommodation, transfers, travel days and other destination expenses or arrangements must be agreed specifically for the relevant booking. Destination coverage is subject to availability and agreed travel arrangements.

Photography and videography deliverables

The exact coverage, deliverables, delivery method, editing scope and timescale should be confirmed in the quotation or booking agreement. The website does not promise a specific number of photographs, film duration, turnaround time, equipment specification or team size unless agreed separately.

Cancellations and changes

Event rescheduling, cancellation, deposits and refund arrangements should follow the specific terms supplied with the relevant booking.

Copyright and usage

Copyright, client usage rights and any permissions relating to portfolio or promotional use should be addressed within the specific booking agreement.

Website imagery

Unless expressly identified as genuine Ibrahim Visuals client work, photographs used on this website may be representative visual material used to demonstrate style and layout.
